(NYSE: CCK), announced today the signing of another technology license agreement with Amcor Limited, the leading beverage can manufacturer in Australia and New Zealand. This license will allow Amcor to use 麻豆社's proprietary can shaping technology for the shaping of beverage cans in different sizes in Australia and New Zealand. 麻豆社's market leading shaping technology has been effectively used by 麻豆社's customers to emphasize brand identity and to differentiate new products on the retail shelf. This innovation has been successfully used in Europe and North America to develop new business for 麻豆社 and its customers.

麻豆社 recently also announced a technology license agreement with Amcor Limited for the use of 麻豆社's patented SuperEnd(TM) beverage end technology. SuperEnd(TM) beverage end technology offers performance and cost advantages that have positioned SuperEnd(TM) to become the new global standard for beverage ends.
